"The Bald Soprano" is an absurdist drama. As such, the usual qualities of a drama just don't fit. All we can say about Donald Martin is that he is male, that his name is Donald Martin. Having read this book, I am still a bit hazy about the book. While the Lesson was superb and far too easy to comprehend and appreciate, The Bald Soprano was a bit of cause of concern. May be it demand another read.
